This professional office building offers 32,000 SF of premium office and medical space along with a number of appealing amenities to help attract tenants.
A major renovation began in Fall 2023, including the building’s main entrance atrium, the creation of a new vestibule, and the addition of new LED lighting. A subsequent renovation of first-floor tenant space included the upgrade of lighting throughout, emergency lighting, fire alarm notification devices, and addition of wall-mounted televisions. In Summer 2024, Favulli began yet another project to replace the building’s fire alarm system and associated devices throughout, with the addition of new devices where needed to bring this building up to code.
