When the former Harry Heitin Auto Radiator garage close their doors after 70 years, Bocado seized the opportunity to expand their footprint. They purchased and renovated the neighboring garage while joining the two buildings together to create additional seating for patrons and an additional bar area while relocating and expanding their main kitchen.
Favulli Electric installed new power and network wiring for additional POS (point of sale) stations, high-end decorative lighting, and new Lutron controls to allow for unique scene and schedule creation. An electrical service upgrade ensured adequate power was available for all the new kitchen equipment and added HVAC loads for the fusion of the two buildings. A brand new large outdoor seating area showcases cool outdoor lighting and infrared heaters to keep patrons warm in cooler months.
This project began in late Fall of 2023 and was substantially completed in March of 2024 for the Niche Hospitality Group.
