Mezcal Tequila Kitchen

RENOVATION FROM AN OLD PUB TO A MEXICAN RESTAURANT

LOCATION

Worcester, MA

CLIENT

Lauring Constuction

ARCHITECT

Jordan O’Connor & Associates

To better serve its customers, Mezcal relocated a few blocks away to a restaurant space that formerly housed Ninety Nine Restaurant & Pub. Before they could start serving up tacos and tequila, they needed to renovate and completely reinvigorate the space.

Favulli Electric installed new power and network wiring for a reception desk, high-end decorative lighting throughout, and new Lutron controls to allow for scene and schedule creation. The bar was tastefully modernized by the addition of LED lighting and overhead illuminated glass shelving for bottle storage. The "pièce de résistance" includes two glass tequilla closets storing their finest offerings on illuminated glass shelves. New outdoor seating utilizes festoon lighting to create a vibrant ambiance.

This project began in January 2024 and was substantially completed by June 2024 for the Niche Hospitality Group.
