The Notre Dame Long Term Care Center is known for providing the highest standard of quality and excellence with respect, love, and compassion. The facility required interior and exterior renovations to help keep the facility light, bright, and operating efficiently.

As part of this design/build project, resident rooms in each of the three wings received some upgrades. New LED fixtures were installed in the ceilings as well as for task reading lamps. New devices and plates were installed throughout. Existing wiring was relocated to allow for an upgrade to new wall-mounted flatscreen televisions. Modern LED lighting upgrades helped reduce the building's electrical demand while brightening up common spaces, including hallways, kitchenettes, dining rooms, shower/tub rooms, nurses stations, a multipurpose room, chapel, and staff office areas.

Exterior courtyards received new LED walkway bollards, a low voltage lighting system to control the new fixtures which decoratively illuminate plantings, retaining walls, and a new pergola.

This project began in March of 2024 and is scheduled to be completed in October of 2025.
